West Coast scenic Taste Tour Terms and Conditions
If a tour is canceled due to New Zealand governments covid restrictions, a full refund will be given minus a 10% booking fee; If a tour is canceled due to adverse conditions, i.e. flooding or slips, a full refund will be given minus a 10% booking fee.
Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled more than 48 hours before the tour will receive a refund of the cost less a 10% booking fee.
Bookings canceled within 48 hours (excluding day of the tour) will incur a 20% penalty fee. Bookings canceled on the day of the tour will not receive a refund.
Moderate fitness is required for this tour.
This tour is restricted to people over 18 years of age

West coast Scenic taste tour Ltd reserves the right to use any photos or videos taken on a tour for promotional purposes on its website, social media or advertising material
If these bookings conditions “force majeure” it means any event which we or the supplier of the service(s) in question could not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid such events which may include, whether actual or threatened; war, riot, civil strife, terrorist activity, industrial dispute, natural or nuclear disaster, significant risk to human health such as the outbreak of serious disease and events outside of our control. Except where otherwise expressly stated in these booking conditions, we regret we cannot accept liability or pay any compensation whether the performance or promote performance of our obligations under our contract with you is prevented or affected by or you otherwise suffer any damage, loss or expense of any nature as a result of “force majeure”. We will not be responsible for any injury, illness, death, loss (including loss of possessions or enjoyment) damage, expense, cost of other sum of claim of any description whatsoever which results from any of the following Your act(s) and/or omission(s)The act(s) and/or omission(s( of a third part not connected with the provision of your trip and which were unforeseeable or unavoidable ‘Force majeure” as defined above
